For someone who doesn't really do many live performances, I discovered I've done quite a few, but stretched out over time. The sad thing is that in my jam session hosting days, I used to have a live performance EVERY Saturday for almost 2 years straight! And I had some of the best musicians come and sit in with me who played for a number of well-known artists (or were well-known, themselves)...but that was pre-YouTube and smartphone days, so a lot of these legendary performances are simply memories only those who were present can relive (although there's a lost stash of recordings on cassette tape that I hope can be found again and converted to digital files).

For now, I've decided to find what I have I've been digging for, and mix/master as best I can to preserve these moments to now share with the world-at-large. These are performances from some of my world travels, and some were just random/improvised moments while others were planned & rehearsed; but even for the planned shows, I usually left room open for one set for completely unrehearsed, freestyled sessions to just let the true spirit of improvisation take over!

I hope you enjoy this first volume of live performances as I have more to sift through and mix before I can release in upcoming volumes, plus as these are live performances, the track lengths are usually longer than your typical 3 to 4-minute studio tracks, so I hope it allows you to immerse yourself in the music along with the audiences that were there and enjoy a little of the magic that was captured in those moments, which are now wonderful memories for me. And maybe, one day, I'll be in your part of the world and get to perform and you get to experience some of these moments for yourself in person, whether in a formal concert or in a random jam session that I might show up to, out of no where, and sit-in to play :)
